His experience includes growing and developing Country Lane Gazebos with his brothers, where he hired and trained in-house sales teams, recruited, and trained production and onsite crews, and assisted in creating an HR program that empowered employees to excel. These investments, along with innovative marketing ideas, allowed Country Lane Gazebos to become the largest dealer network in the industry, growing to eight-figure annual sales over the course of 22 years.

As a business coach, Jonas has helped scores of companies rise to the forefront of their industry. He loves helping companies grow stronger relationships, while empowering CEOs and entrepreneurs to grow in their confidence as leaders. The payback for Jonas? Watching new-found teamwork and relational harmony empower a company’s vision for success.
