Do You Have the Right Life Balance? (Take this quiz to find out.)

How good are you at balancing various aspects of your life? Since everything is not equally important in life, it's crucial to have the right balance for you at this point in time.

Part of achieving the right balance involves knowing your values and priorities so you can allocate more time to those areas when time is limited. 

People often look at work/life balance as having an equal balance between the two. They view it as a balanced scale.

This conception of balance is not the best because it does not consider an individual’s current goals and priorities which can change over time.

This assessment provides a comprehensive look at finding a balance between work, family, friends, activities, exercise, and time alone.

It considers the right balance at this point in time.

The results will give you an indication of how well you have currently achieved the balance that is right for you right now.

We get it, finding a healthy work/life balance is never easy.

It's difficult knowing how much time to allot to work and how much to family, friends, and time alone.

As difficult as it may be though, we all know it's incredibly important! 

Cultivating a healthy balance will be a blessing to not only you but also everyone around you. Your family and friends will thank you for it.

When you choose to not allow work to take over your entire life you're showing your family and friends that you value them and time spent with them.

We all know that time alone isn't necessarily the easiest thing to do.

However, when you choose to carve out specific time to do so it'll help you evaluate your life goals and where you're at, that without time alone you probably wouldn't have realized.

Carving out time to be alone will bring to mind things you've pushed to the back of your mind for far too long now.

It'll increase self awareness and help you have the energy you need to invest in your family, friends and work life.

Creating a healthy work/life balance will help you not only now but also in the long term.

So stop letting life control you and start taking control of your life.

Be intentional to set boundaries around your work and enjoy guilt-free time spent with your family and friends because those are the moments you'll never regret.
