Meet Dutch, an experienced business coach who’s ready to bring order to messy situations!

Dutch is energetic. He’s launched three businesses, spent eight years co-pastoring a church, and five years as Director of Operations and Ministry at The Haft, a place for leaders to refresh, re-tool & re-build.

He’s mentored individuals, groups, and families.Dutch’s passion is to see hearts healed through discipleship and the power of the Father’s love. He loves seeing men and women learn to face conflict, work through it, and become equipped to thrive in every season of life.

In business coaching, Dutch brings wisdom and empowerment. He loves being a part of the journey to change, even when it’s messy. His unquenchable optimism is fueled by decades of ministry experience, during which he’s seen the Lord repeatedly redeem hopeless situations.

Dutch is encouraging. He believes in people. He loves listening to business owners and their teams and help them deal with difficult issues. Dutch isn’t afraid to face conflict head on!

Dutch is the husband to his beautiful wife Rosa, and the father of their five daughters and one son.

A random fact about Dutch is that he participated twice in the Race Across America bike ride raising awareness & funds supporting the Ministry Zoe International. And if nothing else is pressing for his time you’ll often find him riding his bike!
