An experienced Business Coach who’s ready to come alongside you and help you become a successful business owner.

He has had experience starting up three businesses, spent eight years co-pastoring a church, and five years as Director of Operations and Ministry at The Haft, a place to refresh, re-tool & re-build. He has also worked with various youth groups, marriages, individuals and families helping them work through difficult issues and come to a place where they can thrive in God’s calling for their lives.

Dutch’s passion is to see hearts healed through discipleship and the power of the Father’s love. It’s because of this passion that Dutch has made his way into business coaching. He loves seeing men and women learn to face conflict, work through it, and as a result of it become better men and women who are able to thrive in every season of life.

He loves being a part of the journey, though it can be messy at times, he’s seen over and over again the way the Lord has brought redemption out of some of the most difficult situations.

So though Dutch has only been in the coaching industry since the beginning of the year, he’s had life long experience walking alongside people in many different areas including church, business, and ministry. And it’s because of his wide variety of experience that he’s equipped to walk alongside you and your employees.

Dutch sees business coaching as a great way to listen to business owners and their teams and help them deal with difficult issues. Dutch isn’t afraid to face conflict head on and is always ready to come alongside you and equip you to lead your team effectively.

A random fact about Dutch is that he participated twice in the Race Across America bike ride raising awareness & funds supporting the Ministry Zoe International. And if nothing else is pressing for his time you’ll often find him riding his bike!

Dutch is the husband to his beautiful wife Rosa, and the father of their five daughters and one son.
